Since the Summer of 2020 we have been installing livestock fence, building and repairing infrastructure, and rejuvenating neglected land. Our vision is to restore our land to create a diverse ecosystem of plants and animals working together. We use regenerative agriculture practices to raise happy, healthy animals and a clean, no-dig market garden to provide the local community with clean, quality food.​

Our livestock never receive vaccines of any kind, and antibiotics are administered in only rare occasions. Our cattle are rotated on pasture 12 months of the year, and fed local hay in the winter, which means they are not fattened quickly on grain, but raised longer to produce tender and great tasting natural beef.
